This is a very poorly defined word. All the better for me to forge my own definition.

Spirituality grew out of my meditation practice. And then filled a void in my life left by religion. I was not intentionally becoming spiritual. I just realized eventually that I was.

I was raised Roman Catholic. I went to catechism school and received the first communion.
